No: Usually ovarian cysts does not cause delay in periods untill unless they make hormones and pump them into your blood which is a remote and highly unlikely possibility. However delay in period need to be rectified. Occasional delay is ok. If this is persistent or more frequent your thyroid and other organs needs to be checked up. ...Read more

Not sure: Without a history I can't tell what is going on. You had a baby in April and sometimes some women do not get their periods until months after a pregnancy. If you are breastfeeding, that may be the cause of your amenorrhea. The cysts you mention may be normal cysts or may signify another process. Tying tubes does not affect your period.
