Rule out UTI: The large ovarian cyst should not cause pain on urination. Be sure you don't have a uti. Check 25-oh vit d, it might be low with the ovarian cysts. Hydrate well: Having a blood in the urine indicate either UTI, or a kidney stone, either way hard to differentiate a pain from UTI, or a pain from ovarian cyst.
hydrate well by drinking a lot of water, and cranberry juice
you might want to see a doctor for possible antibiotic.
your GYN need to keep the eye on your cyst, to make sure it is not getting larger.

Need removal: Typically a CA-125 level would be checked to help determine the likelihood of malignancy. Sounds low based on the US findings. Regardless, the mass should be removed to relieve your symptoms and so that a pathologist can evaluate the ovary. Most times both tubes and ovaries would be removed and sometimes the uterus.
