Horrible sharp pain in leg. Inside of right leg. Comes and goes. Only lasts a few seconds. No other symptoms. Not swollen, not warm. Could it be dvt?

If gigantic: Typical ovarian cysts are too small to compress nerves leaving the lower spinal cord to enter the leg. A super large cyst could conceivably affect the retro-peritoneal ilio-hypogastric or ilio-inguinal nerves, or even the femoral, but I have never encountered this. Depends: It would need to be of a sufficiently large size to do so. Remember that ovaries produce cysts every month, and these (functional) cysts are normal, and don't cause pain. Any cyst the persists for more than 2-3 menstrual periods should be checked further, particularly in those who have a history of ovarian cancer.
