Horrible sharp pain in leg. Inside of right leg. Comes and goes. Only lasts a few seconds. No other symptoms. Not swollen, not warm. Could it be dvt?

I have ovarian cyst and me an my significant other had intercourse an he had gone really deep it caused sharp pain on my left side where the cyst is an the pain has worsened. Could he have ruptured my cyst if so what do I do. If helps my cyst is the size

If gigantic: Typical ovarian cysts are too small to compress nerves leaving the lower spinal cord to enter the leg. A super large cyst could conceivably affect the retro-peritoneal ilio-hypogastric or ilio-inguinal nerves, or even the femoral, but I have never encountered this. Depends: It would need to be of a sufficiently large size to do so. Remember that ovaries produce cysts every month, and these (functional) cysts are normal, and don't cause pain.
