Horrible sharp pain in leg. Inside of right leg. Comes and goes. Only lasts a few seconds. No other symptoms. Not swollen, not warm. Could it be dvt?

Leg pain: The pain you describe is not typical for dvt, it sounds more like a musculoskeletal symptom. Having said that, one can't be sure what's going on from out here and it would be a safer course to see your dr. And get checked. ...Read more

Discharge: I would look to other causes of this pain and rule out cervicitis, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, urerthritis or a urinary tract infection. You need to see a doctor to have a urine test and a pelvic exam and possibly cultures taken to determine the cause. Hope this helps ...Read more

May need to go to ER: If your abdominal pain continues to get worse, you should go to an ER in a hospital as Surgery may be necessary to remove the cyst if your pain is severe, persistent and associated with nausea/ vomiting or Fever. Depends: It would need to be of a sufficiently large size to do so. Remember that ovaries produce cysts every month, and these (functional) cysts are normal, and don't cause pain.
