Ovarian cyst: Ovarian cysts are usually benign cyst which are maturing ovum. Has to be monitored by serial ultrasounds to make sure it's disappearing. Pain and pressure: It is likely that the ovarian cyst has not yet resolved if it was the cause of your full pain, pressure, and constipation. It is also possible throat the constipation is causing the other symptoms and not the ovarian cyst. If your pregnancy test is negative, the best approach will include;
1. A trial of birth control pill.
2. Treat your discomfort with mortrin as needed.
3. Repeat pelvic ultrasound in three months.

If the pain is not disabling it is prudent to observe it and repeat the ultrasound in a few weeks especially if it is done after a period. See a Dr: If an ovarian cyst is causing discomfort and urinary urgency, it needs further workup to ensure that it has not twisted or ruptured. Pressure on the lower abdomen probably means the cyst is increasing in size and needs re-evaluation to ensure there is no associated fibroid in the uterus.
