Maybe early labor: It is very possible that you will go into active labor soon. Call you doctor if you have regular contractions (every 4-5 minutes for an hour), bleeding, leaking fluid or decreased movement. Also call if your nausea symptoms to not improve. Good luck! ...Read more

Diarrhea: really you have diarrhea even if its not watery bowel movements. the main concern would be dehydration and some kind of infection causing the diarrhea. Its not necessarily labor, though no one can rule our contractions in this case. Call your OB today. Most of us have answering services. See if he/she wants you monitored or wants labs.
