See answer: Large doses of cinnamon can CAUSE kidney stone by increasing the amount of oxalate in the urine. The most common kidney stone is composed of calcium oxalate. It is not uncommon!: The thing that seems to cause diuresis (increased urination) for most people with diet change is the significant reduction in sodium that comes with eating healthier/avoiding more processed foods. Often, when people lose more weight the first week or so on a "diet", it is chalked up to "water weight." Your body soon equilibrates. Remember, healthy drinking of more water also leads to more urine:) ...Read more

Can lab be wrong sometimes? Jan.16 my A1c was 5.3 MPG 90.49. -July A1c 5.9 MPG 110.47. I had been eating a healthy diet so I wanted it rechecked. 8 days later they rechecked A1c 5.2 with MPG 87.16. Can it change that much in 8 days? Was July wrong?

Lab Error/technique: Lab errors happen & are more common than people think, so it is very possible that the middle lab was an error. However, if you have anemia & had a transfusion or take meds to raise you RBC count, this could be real.
