Missed period: Wouldn't hurt to try another pregnancy test, just to make sure. The pain may mean that your period is about to start today. You can try a heating pad on your lower abdomen. You don't have to be: overweight to experience leg pain from over walking or overexerting yourself when you start exercising after not doing it before.Usually, it's best to warm up, and do some stretching (leg) exercises, so you don't strain yourself when you first start out.
