What would cause low blood sugar in a non diabetic? Mine was 69 mg/dL today. I have had issues in the past with it being even lower.

Not sure: However possible sxs from low blood sugar (nausea, palpitations,^'ed irritability & feeling dizzy) can also occur with panic attacks. When some people experience these symptoms they believe that it is due to anxiety/ panic and the symptoms can build and actually trigger a panic attack.
