Check ingredients: If it does NOT contain ephedra it is likely safe
The medications: The meds that lower high blood sugar can not automatically adjust if you skip a meal or increase your activity. During these conditions low blood sugar developes. The symptoms must be recognized and treated. Low blood sugar is dangerous.
May be the bypass: This is an interesting compound, derived from a compound in veggies. In the test tube, it has anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, etc properties, although whether this translates to clinical effects is not known. None of it's in vitro properties suggest hypoglycemia. However, I see you've listed bariatric surgery. That can cause hypoglycemia through several mechanisms.

Is there any way that fascia that's restricted or tight around organs can cause low blood sugar symptoms?
No: Besides, low blood sugar doesn't occur in humans unless on diabetes medication or after GI surgery. It's a commonly made diagnosis that is incorrect and made on invalid criteria. Don't get your medical info from friends, tv or the internet. You're probably overweight and having glucose that drops from too high a level back to normal. That triggers symptoms, but not a disease or medical problem.
20 mg of prozac make you feel worse in the beginning? . if so how long does it take 2 feel better? Also, can low serotonium cause low blood sugar?

Not sure: However possible sxs from low blood sugar (nausea, palpitations, ^'ed irritability & feeling dizzy) can also occur with panic attacks. When some people experience these symptoms they believe that it is due to anxiety/ panic and the symptoms can build and actually trigger a panic attack. I am not sure if panic triggers hypoglycemia but hypoglycemia may trigger panic.

Hyperthyroidism: If you are treated for hyperthyroidism and have the issues you report you must see your doctor as soon as possible to see what is happening and get your thyroid levels under control.
No: Please do something about your vitamin d deficiency. If you have any reason to think you have real hypoglycemia, seek laboratory confirmation, especially if it's fasting hypoglycemia -- episodes of impaired mental function if you don't eat, corrected by taking glucose / orange juice. Your physician knows how to work this up; ignore most of the 'pop' wisdom.See 1 more doctor answer
Can multi vitamin cause low blood sugar? Seems to go low only when I take a centrum multi vitamin, even after eating good healthy meals.
No: Multivitamins do not typically lower your blood sugar. Check your meals to see how much protein, sugar ; healthy fat they contain. High carbs and sugars without fat or protein can lead to unstable blood sugars. Although centrum is widely used, you can definitely find better products. Can pristiq (desvenlafaxine) cause low blood sugar of 64 in a patient with stage 3 CKD & elevated amylase and lipase enzymes. No diagnosis of pancreatitis from mayo.
Very unlikely: Up until october of 2013 there have only been 7 cases of hypoglycemia reported to the fda regarding Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) out of hundreds of thousands of prescriptions that have been written. Also, 64 is not technically low blood sugar. It must be below 50, and some specialists would use 40 aat a hypoglycemic cut-off.See 1 more doctor answer
