Hey is garden of life men multivitamin is good for yeast overgrowth ( candida ) i'm taking gnc probiotics nd multivitamin please explain thx ..

Not exactly but...: I recommend everyone take a good multivitamin including those with candida issues, and Garden of Life Men's multivitamin is one of the better ones out there, but that alone won't do much if anything to treat the yeast. Treatment involves minimizing sugars and starches, taking antifungal herbs and/or drugs and probiotics. Treatment takes 3-6 months. See http://tinyurl.com/zhnhbfx for details. ...Read more

You don't: Real candida is either a local infection with the diagnosis being obvious (skin, mucosal surfaces) or a grave systemic illness in people with severe immunosuppression. 'Systemic candida' is a 'pop' diagnosis made to explain vague symptoms. Accept it, and you'll not only not discover your real problems, but you'll spend decades trying various things & never be cured. Be a savvy adult. ...Read more
