Maybe something else: Although lupus is known as a master of masquerade because it can mimic virtually any disease, tingling in the hands alone is much more likely from nerve compression such as carpal tunnel, ulnar nerve entrapment, diabetic neuropathy, and/or cervical disc disease etc...
