Perhaps: I have seen low vitamin D cause fatigue and slow thinking. Usually it's at a level even lower than 20 however anyone with the level of 20 should either take vitamin D3 supplements or get out in the sun. Possibly: Vitamin D deficiency could cause aching legs and sore knees. A more common cause of knee pain in a young healthy woman is when the kneecap doesn't track straight in the groove.
