Not enuf info: Although it's impossible to say, my guess would be a muscular source because of it's marked brevity. Cardiac pain is neither sharp nor that brief. GI tends to be burning or gnawing with loss of appetite and/or nausea. Arthritis usually is on-going. Do certain movements or positions make it worse?
