Repeat test: You may wish to repeat the test using first morning urine and make sure to follow the instructions for the test carefully. Alternatively you could get a blood test for HCG level which is more sensitive and specific. Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD. Further workup: May need further investigation since still symptomatic. Further questions and exam by your healthcare provider will differentiate between persistent UTI needing an alternative medicine vs. Obtaining a test to rule out a different condition that is evolving. I have frequent urination every 30-60 min and lower back pain?

Visit your doctor: Frequent urination with back pain could be as simple as a urinary tract infection. That infection can also go up into your kidneys and cause pyelonephritis which could cause flank back pain. This is usually accompanied with a fever. Visit your doctor for a urinalysis. You will most likely need an antibiotic. Frequent urinary could also be a sign of diabetes which can be checked at the same visit
