You usually have to use a strainer or tea bag to filter your urine in order to capture the "stones." therefore, you certainly may have kidney stones. Until they pass, the pain may be there. If made it to bladder, should pass on own (and will only appear as grain of sand, despite amount of pain it caused on way out). May have some urinary bleeding, ok as long as stops after few hrs.
