If you believe you have kidney stone, see a urologist. If you have fever, you could have infection going on. Back pain: Usually assicuated symptoms help with diagnosis. If coming from kidney there will be blood in urine, burning upon urination, pain from loin to groin. Other cause is musculoskeletal pain which is associated with pain on movement, relief on staying still, worse at night. Hope this helps ...Read more

Hello.: Hello. I don’t know what the cause of your fatty liver is. However, a major cause of fatty liver is drinking too much alcohol. Alcohol use combined with poor diet, obesity, abnormally high iron levels and hepatitis c can increase the chances of getting fatty liver. There are also people who have fatty livers who don’t have an illness and who don’t drink. Some people can develop a fatty liver off drinking really heavily for a weekend, and the fat decreases when they stop drinking.
