Depending on the vitamin, it may contain agents that will bind the drug you are taking that is very improtant. I would doubt any serious adverse effect of a multiple vitamin with zoloft (sertraline) but would recommend taking the vitamin with a meal and away from your scheduled zoloft (sertraline).
