Many think of it as 'sticking.' implantation in humans always occurs when the embryo is between 6-7 days old. A very popular concept on the internet now in 2012, 'implantation bleeding, ' is speculative ...Read more

Is it true that hCG can't be produced the day after conception? Or even a few days after conception?
Yes: Although, an early embryo can produce HCG approximately 5-6 days post fertilization, the amounts are so low, blood flow between the embryo and uterus is still poorly established; so you are not able to measure HCG in the maternal blood until aound 11-14 days post fertilization. Hope this helps. ...Read more
To have a level of hCG of 634, this level wouldn't be possible just after fertilization & just a few days after jntercourse? It would be a few days?
Unlikely: The cause of nausea and vomiting in pregnancy is multifactoral, one factor being the rapidly rising levels of HCG in early pregnancy. However, HCG is undetectable until about day 7 after fertilization. The levels peak between 8 and 11 weeks of pregnancy; which is typically when the symptoms are the worst. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Is it possible to conceive on day 20 of a 31-33 cycle and have implantation bleeding three days after intercourse?
Possible: Yes if you are sure of your cycle lengths, you may have ovulated around day 20. Typically, however, you don't see implantation bleeding until at least 6 to 12 days after conception. Check a pregnancy test around the day you expect your period. If negative, and no bleeding, try again a few days later. You need to be very careful when you have unprotected sex or strongly consider contraception. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Is there a name for the stage in a women's cycle just before the period starts? ( ex: a few days to a week prior to period)
Menstrual and Premenstrual: A week or two before your period starts, you may notice bloating, headaches, mood swings, or other physical and emotional changes. A few have more severe symptoms that disrupt work or personal relationships, known as premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). ...Read more
Is getting a period 2 weeks after trigger shot proof that an egg was released? Or would a period happen regardless?
Monitoring: Getting a period 14 days after a ovulation trigger injection is a probable indicator of ovulation but this is not how fertility treatments are monitored. Typically the dominant follicle is tracked by sonography prior to injection. Then a Progesterone blood test is done 7 days later to reliably indicate if ovulation occurred. ...Read more

Hi.i want to ask when I can do HPT. After 7 day Fet for 5 day embryo blastocyst. This my 4th trial with one abortion?
Any time: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate in general and if performed and interpreted correctly, tend to be positive within days after conception. The test is more likely to be positive after you have missed a period, but if you don't want to wait for that, go ahead and do a test 7 days after expected conception, and if it is negative, take another one in 1 week. ...Read more
