If you are sure: you are not pregnant (after checking pregnancy tests twice 1 week apart), then you need to see a physician or healthcare provider for diagnosis and treatment. If you are pregnant that would explain your lack of menstruation. If you are not, then it could mean many things but hormone problems are at the root of it. ...Read more

Sorry for your loss: It is not unusual for a stressful event to effect your menstrual cycle. Typically if you give it a few months it will return to normal. Weight loss, weight gain, increased exercise, stressful events and many other things can effect your period. If the problem persists then you may need something to regulate your cycle.
