What are some ways to stave off hunger the day before a colonoscopy (during preparation)?

You can have clear: Liquids the day before unless advised otherwise. I tell my pts to drink a lot of fluids with the prep to keep flushing the colon. You can also have broth chick/beef and jello (avoid red). Solid food is not allowed. Its worth controlling your hunger for one day than to have to repeat the procedure if not adequately prepped.
