Consult physician: Don't worry about the "quantity" of the sperm, unless there is none. A single drop is enough for conception purposes. You don't say if the penis gets flaccid before getting the orgasm or your total intercourse time is 5-10 minutes. Low risk: By being on Valtrex (valacyclovir) and using condoms, you're greatly lowering the risk. You can't do much more than that short of abstinence. Keep in mind that he could already have been infected, even if he has no outbreaks. The only way to find out would be with an hsv-2 antibody test. But since you're already taking valtrex, (valacyclovir) i'm not sure the information would help. ...Read more
