Can I Use Belleric Myrobalan As A Body Cleanse Or Detox
None: There no such agents, nor is there a need for one! your body cleanses itself, and any substance advertised to do that is potentially dangerous. I had a healthy patient nearly die after a "colon cleansing". See your doctor for any healthcare concerns, and don't take any supplements unless directed by a physician. ...Read more
Just drink water: What ever you do do not buy a detox product. Your liver and kidneys do an excellent job of clearing most toxins . U just need to be well hydrated (drink water) there are some toxins like heavy metals (lead) etc which may not come out and you should see your md if those are an issue. DON'T DO IT IF instead you mean taking some fad diet, enema, colonic, or purgative to lose weight or supposedly rid your body of unspecified "toxins." ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

No such thing: Detox is such an appealing concept... It seems logical we can take a tea or herb or medical preparation and sweat or bathroom out all the carcinogens, toxins, bad food and bad habits we are exposed to. But sadly there is no magic bullet here... Colon cleansing, detoxifying, are all not helpful and can often be dangerous. Once stuff is in the colon, its already on its way out. ...Read more
Go exercise: Your body actually detoxifies itself. I'm glad you're focused on recovering after perhaps overindulging in food and maybe alcohol. But none of the disgusting concoctions that people will try to sell you will help you any near as much as getting back into the fitness-focused lifestyle that you enjoyed so much as a teenager.
