It's fine.: In the future, try to take them with food due to the adverse effect on the stomach lining causing heartburn and irritation. Tylenol (acetaminophen) PM: Tylenol (acetaminophen) pm is tylenol (acetaminophen) plus benadryl. I do not suggest taking more than 50mg of Benadryl at one time so you can add up the dosages and see how much is in the tylenol (acetaminophen) pm plus the extra dose and if it is 50mg or less you don't have to wait, otherwise you should wait 6 hours if the tylenol (acetaminophen) pm has 50mg in it (which i don't think it does). ...Read more

If you need something extra for discomfort you can take 2 tylenol (acetaminophen) every 6 hours for the next 2-3 days only. Yes: I had to do a bit of research as nurofen and panadol are not common names of medications in the us. Nurofen is apparently a combination of Ibuprofen and phenylephrine and panadol is paracetamol (acetaminophen, in us parlance.) based up this information, i see no reason that these medications cannot be used in tandem.
