Red Zone: The red zone in terms of asthma is when a persons peak flow breathing test is <50% and/or the person is having serious asthma symptoms such as difficulty speaking/walking, breathing hard and fast, cough, wheeze, chest tightness or shortness of breath not improving with ventolin.
