Similar: Some studies show neb = inhaler in terms of med delivery. If you aren't in that group, can use a spacer w/inhaler, or can tell your dr not getting adequate relief & request neb. Also should ask about dose, as usually 2 puffs of inhaler, so may not work b/c not enough med. ...Read more

Red Zone: The red zone in terms of asthma is when a persons peak flow breathing test is <50% and/or the person is having serious asthma symptoms such as difficulty speaking/walking, breathing hard and fast, cough, wheeze, chest tightness or shortness of breath not improving with ventolin.
