Took an allegra (fexofenadine) 24 hr this am, forgot, took another one this pm. Health tap answers its ok, but can I still take my singular and sudafed tonight?

Metoprolol?: I think you mean metoprolol. I use chronotherapy as part of my practice. If you look at bad events like stroke or heart attack, they happen most between 4am and 8am. If you take medicine at 7am its effect occurs at 11 am or so and wanes by about 4 am.
