If just indigestion, then antacids consumed 1 ; 3 hours after a meal and at bedtime may be helpful in the majority of patients, but may be too high a dose for a pregnant one. IMHO, Yes: Halls cough drops should be perfectly safe in pregnancy, unless you had some unusual sensitivity to one of the ingredients. If you took them before you were pregnant, they should be fine now. ...Read more
