Can I Take Fish Oil Garlic Supplements Together
Fish oils contain two active omega-3 fatty acids, dha and epa. Most fish oil products contain both dha and epa, but supplements enriched in dha or epa are available. Omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to significantly reduce sudden cardiac death. Some studies also indicate the potential for benefits in dementia and risk of heart attack. The omega-3 content of cold water ...Read more

Can I take my fish oil supplement (2000mg) and garlic supplement (1000mg) after taking iboprofen (400mg)?
Plan: Yes you can take all this supplement together with ibuprofen
Can I take a multivitamin, fish oil, vitamin c, glucosamine and garlic supplement all at the same after a big meal?
Yes: You can certainly take all of them without having any idea of how much money you are wasting. None of these have any benefit for a 30 year old and some recent evidence suggests some you are choosing to take can actually cause harm.See 3 more doctor answers
Combination: Why would you want to do that?See 1 more doctor answer
Is it safe to take a multivitamin, probiotic, fish oil omega-3 supplement, apple cider vinegar, and psyllium husk for fiber together daily?
Yes: These are safe though I wouldn't take them all at once. I advise the multivitamin after breakfast, the probiotic at the start of a meal, the fish oil after lunch or dinner, apple cider vinegar in water separate from meals and the psyllium at bedtime. Some multivitamins are far better than others- see https://drrandybaker. Com/2012/11/ and https://www. Multivitaminguide. Org/best-multivitamin. Html
Is it ok for me to be taking a fish oil with D3 added along with a garlic and B12 supplement? I'm 25 years old, 6'2" and 260lbs.
Yes: These are all perfectly safe and generally beneficial to take. In the fall and winter months adults need about 5000 iu of vit d a day to achieve a good level of vit d, so if your fish oil does not have 5000 iu of d3 (which is unlikely) then I would advise taking additional d3 at that time. If you spend much time in the midday sun in spring & summer that should provide adequate d during that time.

What supplements can I take for a bigger butt? Can I take fish oil pills or apetamin an appetizer stimulant?
Pounds of butter: If you gain a lot of weight, your butt may increase in size as well but this is hardly something you would want to do. There is no supplement to make the butt bigger but exercising the glu may increase the size a little. That's the reason why butt implant are available.
Yes, with care: Using fish oil along with Prinivil (lisinopril) and Aspirin is usually safe. But please tell your doctor you're taking it. Omega-3 supplements can make your platelets less sticky, which is a good thing in many ways. However, in some people fish oil's effects along with other medicines being used can lead to decreased clotting -- or more bruising. That's why I suggest care, until you see how it affects you.See 1 more doctor answer
Eat wild salmon: It is far healthier to consume omega-3s from a natural source such as wild salmon than from fish oil or synthetic forms. The question is why are you taking this supplement in the first place? To reduce cholesterol? Anti-inflammatory? Anti-coagulant? Brain health? Whatever the reason, wild pacific salmon is still preferable. Don't buy into the hype that the pills are nearly as beneficial.
I take fish oil 3x a day after each meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) but when should I take calcium supplements?
Anytime: To my knowledge there is no special time that is needed to take calcium supplements in the day. Suspect absorption is fairly consistent anytime during a 24 hour period.
Hi doctors. Is fish oil suitable for me? I'm 22 yrs old. I exercise 4 times a week. Can I take fish oil supplement to lose weight?
Can take, but...: There should be no problem supplementing your diet with fish oil (can help manage your lipid levels), but for weight loss it has not proven to be effective. I would increase your aerobic exercise past 30 minutes continuously, keep it at low resistance, high repetition, and long duration. Those three characteristics help in conjunction with decreasing your oral intake, and avoid injury.
Unknown: This is unknown. Moreover, you want to avoid fish that contain mercury and the source of the fish oil is likely not listed - best to avoid it.
If I take fish oil, prenatal, and multi vitamins daily along with a weight loss supplement, am I over doing it? Or am I okay?
Pregnancy: Take your prenatal vitamins. The rest are not necessary and the weight loss supplement could cause your baby harm. Be sure to get enough calcium - 1200 to 1500 mg. If not pregnant, a healthy and well balanced diet is the best source of nutrients and you can bank the money saved on vitamins. A multivitamin would be fine.See 1 more doctor answer

What for?: Why do you want to take fish oil supplement? Unless you have high blood triglyceride levels, there is not reason to take fish oil.
Good quality: Marine fish oil has many research-based benefits. It makes the platelets silky so if you are on a blood thinner consult w/doc. Some folks take 6-8 caps daily under supervisaion. Poor quality MFO can be contaminated w/toxins so get a good brand that has been purified twice and is 50% EPA & 50 % DHA. Peace and good health.
