No: Your physician will induce a period before starting clomid. You also need to know if your uterine lining is thick or thin from not ovulating. Clomid: The people who respond well to Clomid in the best possible way are the ones were not ovulating or not ovulating regularly. Took provera 10 days finished on the 24th. No period. How long does it take.. When to start Clomid day3 or day5. I have long cycles. Any other sugg?

MPA: Provera can take up to 2 weeks to start a menstrual period; if it is longer than that it 'failed.' remember that bleeding after Provera can be very short and light.
