Anything i can take for slight depression anxiety besides meds? Don't like all the side effects. If anything i can take where can I get it?

Talk therapy: The treatment for mild depression and anxiety is psychotherapy, not medication. For most people most of the time, the benefits of antidepressant meds are nothing but placebo. If you learn through therapy what causes these feelings and how to resolve them, you will not need to "take" anything. Exercise and relaxation training (for example, breathing exercises) can also help manage symptoms. ...Read more

If you experience bruising the discoloration will last 5 to 7 days. Yes makeup is fine if this occurs. Please check with the injector if the redness or bruising does not diminish after 7 days. Make sure each time you have Botox or filler injections, that you stop Aspirin and vitamins one week before as these increase redness and bruising. Best regards. ...Read more
