Very unlikely: You get pregnant. Even you do not take pill. You do not need to do anything other than take a pergnancy test if you miss your period.

I am on a 7 day break for my pill and now have a menstruation. Is it ok if I take the next pill a bit late from my usual schedule after the 7day break?

I am on a 7 day break for my pill and now have a menstruation. Is it ok if I take the next pill a bit late from my usual schedule after the 7day break?

Not ok: In order for birth control to be effective they need to be taken exactly as directed ---one pill daily. After the 7 days break you restart the next pack regardless of if you are bleeding or not.

My menstruation had been 2 months now. What pills will I take?

Ocp: Any birth control pill could help regulate the cycle. You can use three pills for 2 days that 2 for two days than one a day and that would stop the cycle.

I take the last pill on august 11, 2014 then now is already august 17 my menstruation is light blood only. What does it mean doc?

Normal effect of OCs: Most women will experience lighter periods while on the Pill. In fact, the Pill is sometimes prescribed to control heavy menstrual bleeding even in women who don't need it for contraception. There is no reason to stop taking the Pill because of this. Consider it a blessing. If, on occasional you don't have a period at all, you could do a Home Pregnancy test to make sure you're no pregnant.

I stopped menstruating yesterday and had sex at night and I use bc so it wass my first pill now the next day I missed what should I do?

Take pill now: The recommendation is that if you miss a pill take it as soon as you remember. Then take the next pill at its usual time. Being late for one pill at the beginning of a pill pack is unlikely to increase your chance of pregnancy much.

Started new pill middle month (not first day of menstraution). Now I keep getting my period mid-cycle and not on inactive tablets. Causes? Correctable?

Started new pill middle month (not first day of menstraution). Now I keep getting my period mid-cycle and not on inactive tablets. Causes? Correctable?

Need to restart.: It is best to stop the present pack of pills. You will bleed again. Wait till the following sunday and restart a brand new box of pills. Make sure you use additional contraception till the new box is completed. If continue to have irregular bleeding may need to adjust the dosage.

Hi doctor, my friend did little bit intercourse without any precautions during 5th day of menses. Should she take any contraceptive pill?

Hi doctor, my friend did little bit intercourse without any precautions during 5th day of menses. Should she take any contraceptive pill?

Depends: Pregnancy is possible with unprotected sex on any day of the menstrual cycle. It is much less likely during some days than others, but there are no "safe" days. If pregnancy is to be avoided, precautions should always be taken.

Most likely hormones: Not working correctly, assuming you have had a work up by your gyn with an exam, blood work and an ultrasound and nothing strange was found, then u shoudl stay on tehepills assuming u do not have rprblems with them until u want to get preg, at that time u may or may not need reproductive help with medication.
