I have hives saw the doctor yesterday am on 1.5 mg of prednisone 2x/day for 2 days then weening. Took allegra 12 hour once yesterday afternoon and benadryl last night. Woke up hives were back too 12 hour allegra and they calmed down. hives returned a?
Got hives/angioedema same time as upper resp. virus. Cleared in a wk w/ prednisone, Allegra + Zantac (ranitidine) - but awful acid reflux after stopping meds. Huh?

Contamination: You are likely still having contact with the resin. You need to clean up every article which might have contacted poison oak with dish detergents (wear gloves while during it).
