Most medications commonly used in pregnancy have insufficient data to know fetal risks. I recommend not taking it at all during pregnancy if possible. Is Aleve safe to take for pain and fever durning pregnancy? I was told I could take Tylenol, (acetaminophen) but I don't have any.
I'm 33 weeks pregnant, and have had a migrain for 3 days. I have taken Tylonal every 4 hrs, and it hasn't helped at all. BP is 112/69 can i take Aleve (naproxen)?
