No alcohol problem.had blood tests done 2days after an evening out. so want to know how to get the level in blood down before CDT test ?
Complicated issue: CDT is not likely to be abnormal from drinking one day. It is a marker for chronic alcohol use. If you have been drinking over the past two weeks, CDT may be abnormal and there is not way for you to affect the results now. Alcohol never did any body any good, so stay away from it. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. ...Read more

Rather than eating more frequently, you need to avoid concentrated sweets and carbohydrates that cause the sugar to rise soon after eat. ...Read more
