Help! I sweat under my breasts and it leaves my skin with rashes and dark markings. What can I do?

Yeast: This sounds like a yeast infection, tinea corporis. Best is to use some over the counter antifungal cream and keep the area under the breasts as dry as possible. You can apply the cream and then after a shower, you can pat dry and apply some antifungal powder. Should clear up in a couple of days. ...Read more

Im breast feeding and have sore nipples so i started to use nipple shields i now have really itchy nipples and spots around my breasts and on my body?

I have dark on my skin in between my breast, what can I use to whiten them?

Don't know cause: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination & other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. I have a strange rash inbetween my breasts. I change my bra everyday and am very hygienic, though I sleep with my bra on. How can I get rid of my embarrassing rash? Should I not sleep with my bra?

I have a strange rash inbetween my breasts. I change my bra everyday and am very hygienic, though I sleep with my bra on. How can I get rid of my embarrassing rash? Should I not sleep with my bra?

Rash: I suspect you have a yeast infection on your skin. Your skin doesn't get a chance to dry out cause you wear your bra to bed. I would stop doing that. It has nothing to do with hygiene. Try some over the counter Lamisil (terbinafine) and see if that works, if not see your doctor. ...Read more

Fat transfer is it.: An interesting question. In the past 2 years I have performed fat transfer that has "reinflated" the breasts of women who breast fed. The results are amazing! great to be able to remove fat from one areea and recycle it where it's needed. We apply a simlar technique to patients who have lost breast volume due to weight loss. Very happy patients! ...Read more

I poped my acne and now some holes appear on my face how can I heal them without surgery?

I poped my acne and now some holes appear on my face how can I heal them without surgery?

Not easy correction: There are multiple treatments depending on the severity of the "hole", these vary from laser treatments to peels to injections with a substance called fillers. See you local plastic surgeon for more information. But for now i would stop popping your pimples and just give it some time. I is very early and you are very young so it may resolve on its own in the next 6-12 months. ...Read more

Check with your OB: I would let your OB make the call as to what he/she would like to see you treat with since any medication to treat fungal infections will be excreted in breast-milk and this could be rough on the infant's liver if ingested. Topical treatment probably the best but even then, some absorption of medication will occur. ...Read more

I have dark marks on my neck, between thighs, under my armpits and breasts. And I don't have diabetes. How can I solve this problem?

Dark marks: This can be particularly difficult to determine without viewing the marks and their distribution. Diabetes was a good thought. Glad you don't have it. Pigmentation in skin folds can for example occur in Addison's disease but more common might be what we call post inflammatory hyperpigmentation where there has been a rash like eczema. ...Read more
