I started an ssri medication a week ago (celexa), and now every time I eat cheese I get severe flushing, is the medication causing this? If so, why?

In 2011 the fda suggested a dose of no more than 40 mg a day in people younger than 60 and 20 mg a day in people over age 60 because there was some evidence it could contribute to heart problems.
