Might be harder: I don't see how the gluten free diet will help, but if you're thyroid levels are normal (blood tests can determine this) and your pcos is being adequately managed, your chances are higher. Yes: Your thyroid levels need to be under contrlo with the medication. Also pco is due to an Insulin resistance so you need to do a low carbohydrate diet so you dont overstimulate the insulin. You may have to use additional meds like metformin and Clomid (clomiphene) for further assistance with ovulation. Check your ovulation on days 12-18 with an ovulation prediction kit.
