No prob: Every month, the ovary selects an egg to mature, a follicle is made, and then the egg is ovulated for fertilization. A cyst is a follicle that did not rupture for normal ovulation. Pregnancy: Have you had recent unprotected sex? It is possible to conceive while you have an ovarian cyst, so if you suspect pregnancy get a test done.
