Need a better plan: This isn't the best use of plan B. It's great for emergency but you need a better protection strategy that will also prevent STDs - like condoms! PMS symptoms vary for each woman - nothing to many different ones. None are 100% associated w/ menstrual periods - they can be from a variety of causes. This might be why you're surprised to see yours early. Also, P=pre, often a week+ Take care. ...Read more

Hormonal: Everyone reacts a little different to hormonal changes. Some women are very sensitive to even subtle changes in their hormonal levels and can tell when they ovulate, with different symptoms, or a rise in body temp, etc. In your case, it appears the decrease in your body temp may be a sign your period is coming. Your ovulation seems to have been longer ago than I'd have thought by a bit - But if you had unprotected sex near that event it certainly is possible. If you want this - good. Management,,,: Likely the best way to deal with this is to manage it. A wide range of things can be done. To start with, diet and exercise, like reducing salt and caffeine might help. You can see your Dr. To be sure. ...Read more
