You will not get any: sleep & be up all night if U drink that much after work! Unless U work on graveyard shift. UR kidneys will accommodate the increase load quickly over time & actually you'll pee no different than now when this happens.(They actually get larger to handle the larger load.)The transition period is what UR worried about.Try to not to chug or drink a lot at a time, so U can pace yourself during the day. ...Read more

Not sure how you do: it? It's important not to be drinking a lot while you're eating, and apparently you might not be doing that at 10P to 10A. Are you working the graveyard shift to accomplish this? Otherwise, if you're thirsty this late at night, and your ADH (vasopressin) serum test was normal, then you don't have diabetes insipidus, and can try sleeping without getting up to drink water until morning.
