Can I Drink Milk While On Antibiotics
When an antibiotic is labeled "don't drink with milk" is it also referring to milk consumption throughout the day or just as you take your medication?

For people >3 years old, non-fat (skim) milk is recommended, because we Americans eat enough fats from other foods already, and milk fat is undesirable animal fat. Why drink soy?: Unless you are on certain medications (e.g. Doxycycline, thyroid supplements, etc) you probably don't need to time the soy milk intake. I would argue that you shouldn't be drinking soy milk everyday especially if you have history of thyroid disease.
