You list tuberculosis in your list of conditions, and if you are being treated for active Tb, or have a history of it, alcohol is NOT your friend. It reduces our ability to fight infections. Not a good idea: Nyquil itself contains about 20% alcohol, but more importantly excessive alcohol is bad for the immune system, and itself makes many cold symptoms (particularly nasal stuffiness) worse. Alcohol & antibiotic: If you are on antibiotics for an infection, that means your body needs help. Alcohol is actually a toxin- although we are not used to thinking of it that way. 1) you can develop a psychological queeziness to alcohol that is not from the drug anymore. This can be permanent.
2) you can develop liver injury from either and this makes alcohol a bad idea.

To good health: If you are taking antibiotics for an infection -in your case azithromycin, you should really focus on getting well. Especially since you are still early in the treatment. This means, staying up late, drinking alcohol etc are not recommended. Is this going to harm you?
