Also, your body is supporting growth of a baby, which requires more energy than u commonly use, resulting in weight loss. Also, HCG (pregnancy hormone) can cause some weight loss. I would not because:: It's good to lose weight if overweight, but pregnancy is not a good time to do this. Our fat contains many environmental toxins like pcb's, dioxins, pbb's ; heavy metals.
