However, normally classic type pregnancy symptoms (i.e., nausea, frequent urination, fatigue, breast swelling and tenderness etc) do not occur until the time that you have actually missed your period. You could have mild cramping with spotting at time of implantation. Sometimes, even if you are pregnant, the HCG levels could still be too low to trigger a positive on the urine pregnancy test.
