Many women require a significant increase in their thyroid hormone replacement regimen in early pregnancy. It's really important to ensure that your thyroid levels are ideal throughout pregnancy both for your health and the health of the baby! to be on the safe side, it's probably a good idea to limit your caffeine to less than 200 mg per day (and would discuss with your OB at your visit as well).
