Please define: Hi. By what do you mean "treatment-resistant"? Is your dose too low? That's not treatment resistant, that's just being under treated. Has your thyroid function been normalized on thyroid hormone replacement but you still feel symptoms? That's not "treatment-resistant", that's just assigning symptoms to the wrong thing.
