Take reassurance: A stroke isn't likely to be causing head and neck pain; they tend to manifest with motor/sensory problems or speech issues.If you suffered that significant/traumatic a blow to the head this could be post-concussive symptoms. You really should see your primary care doctor as they should be able to help minimize some of the symptoms and make sure nothing more worrisome is going on. ...Read more
