If your eye pressure is 20 what does that mean? He told me it was high but do I need to worry about anything? Would this cause migranes and headaches?

Probably fine: A pressure of 20 is within the normal range. You need to know your corneal thickness (pachymetry). The thicker, the better At your age eye pressure problems are rare. Eye pressure does not cause migraines or other headaches.

Can papllidema cause headaches, dizziness, eye pressure, neck pain?

Can papllidema cause headaches, dizziness, eye pressure, neck pain?

Increaed ICP: The same thing that's causing the headaches, dizziness, eye pressure, neck pain (symptoms) can also be causing papilledema (a physical sign; not a diagnosis). Constellation of reported signs and symptoms is consistent with increased intracranial pressure and requires urgent medical attention.

Very typical symptom: The pressure of an impacted wisdom tooth can cause headache like symptoms and pressure under the eye. It usually means that the area around the tooth is infected and/or inflamed. Get to your dentist and be properly evaluated.

I have eye pressure headaches and ^bp. .. Y?

High blood pressure: The important question is why do you have high blood pressure at 29; once that is answered and your blood pressure is controlled, you may not have the headaches anymore. Definitely consult with your primary care.

Have a headache for 3days pressure around my eyes more around right side. Alot of right eye pressure. What's wrong?

Pressure: I have never seen a patient with the feeling of pressure that has had pressure in the eyes (glaucoma). You do need to be examined by an eye doctor. Even sinus infection can often cause this.

Headache in left side and always the same side with increased eye pressure. Recently happening too often and lasts for three days. No painkiller works

See Dr.: Headaches are triggered by many causes. A thorough history and exam are required. You need to see a dr. Asap so you can hopefully determine the cause and get off the meds. You might consider a tmj/tmd specialist.

See an neuroopthalmo: Logist to get the combined expertise together, and see what s/he says. Your history is not listed but is complex, and with anxiety, it may make you worry more. Don't worry! Second, third and fourth opinions are worth getting. You want to know as much as you can about your headaches source, and correct it.

I have daily mild headaches, lightheadedness, eye pressure, sometimes mild nausea, sensitivity to sunlight that worsen my symptoms since over a year?

I have daily mild headaches, lightheadedness, eye pressure, sometimes mild nausea, sensitivity to sunlight that worsen my symptoms since over a year?

Headache syndrome: Your symptoms are at least suggestive of chronic daily headaches. Although this is not a specific diagnosis it does indicate that if your headaches are not due to some obvious secondary cause then, you will need a form of preventative medication or intervention. My advice is to begin a headache diary and seek out a good specialist. Don't overuse/abuse over-the-counter medications.

Forehead pressure without headache. No vomiting. Eye pressure feeling looking far off but not everyday. Was off balance but it improved anxiety tumor?

Forehead pressure without headache. No vomiting. Eye pressure feeling looking far off but not everyday. Was off balance but it improved anxiety tumor?

Probably not: Probably not a tumor. Anxiety can cause almost anything but should be considered last in this type of complaint. Frontal sinusitis is possible. Bottom line, if symptoms persist or get worse or you develop any numbness or weakness you should get a ct of the brain to see. Very unlikely tumor though.

Seen dr. I have reflux and mild gastritis. But I've been waking up nauseous and with a headache. Pressure on side of head near right ear and eye pain?

Talk to doc again: It is hard to tell whether the headache and GI symptoms are related. If so, then one would suspect the presence of migraine. If the abdominal symptoms persist and migraine has been ruled out, then a gastroenterology consult may be needed.
