How about PT: Well, I know you're in pain with all that you've said..you haven't specified the nature of the abdominal injury so I don't know whether or not you are bedbound right now or able to get up and move about? Is there a plan to surgerize the back with everything there? I wouldn't necessarily unless it's your only option.
