Probably not all: Probably not all of those symptoms are related to an umbilical hernia. Most umbilical hernias are small and do not cause that much discomfort, naseua, fatigue, weight loss, etc. If it is really large, it can start having some of those symptoms. Hernia: when a piece of intestine gets trapped in a hernia it may swell and cause the blood supply to become decreased. This may cause the portion of bowel to become damaged or die resulting in a medical emergency. If the hernia becomes tender or painful go to the ER immediately.
