Groin: There is no anatomic connection between hemorrhoids and the groin area. Swelling there can be from enlarged lymph nodes or an inguinal hernia. A physician or surgeon would have to examine you to determine whether there is true groin swelling and what causes it. Need more work up: None of the things you mention should be related to eye pain in my experience. See an ophthalmologist to explore things that could be related to the eye pain part, but you really need a reason for the swollen spleen, testicular pain and weight loss more than just a ct scan and blood work. Depends-Need More: It would depend on associated factors. If you are very active, it could be a muscle strain. If there are lumps/bumps in the area, it could be lymph nodes associated with infection.
