Woke up with dull pain in upper back (no specific spot) and some reflux that both have lasted all day. Common heart attack symptom? Or my anxiety?

Probably not: More likely your symptoms are GI or musculoskeletal in nature, if going by the odds. Why? Because of the description of your symptoms, your young age, and your gender. With known coronary: Disease (previous stent) there is always the possibility for heart attack but it should be considerably lower with a normal recent angiogram and EKG. My boyfriend gets pain on his right side when he lifts his arm. It has been going on for a few days. Would there be other symptoms iif heart attack?

I doubt his heart: Is connected to his arm. ANd it is on the left. Muscle, tendons, nerves are on that side and can be irritated by exercise or most anything. Rest, aspirin like drugs, and physical therapy might be useful.

Heart palps getting worse. Wore monitor for 2 days last wk. Heard nothing. Palps lead to heart attack?

Palpitations: Benign palpitations usually don't lead to a heart attack. There are monitors that can be worn for upto a month or a week if needed to capture the extra beats. Again, most of these are not life threatening and can be controlled, but first the monitor needs to identify and capture the arrhythmia.
