Not sure: Without a history I can't tell what is going on. You had a baby in April and sometimes some women do not get their periods until months after a pregnancy. If you are breastfeeding, that may be the cause of your amenorrhea. The cysts you mention may be normal cysts or may signify another process. Tying tubes does not affect your period. No: Usually ovarian cysts does not cause delay in periods untill unless they make hormones and pump them into your blood which is a remote and highly unlikely possibility.

Don't worry, but: Whoa! Ovarian cysts aren't on tubes so you either have 2 ovarian cysts and one tubal (?), or 3 ovarian cysts. This is not to worry about by itself. Fluid in the pelvis? All people have small fluid, and all women have fluid around ovulation and around menstruation. Fluid doesn't automatically mean problems. Bad Pap goes with colposcopy but not the other issues.
